Doesn’t conversion require a large investment of time and money?
A:
Undertaking a conversion with any payroll/HRMS will require some investment
of time and money. Understanding not only the main functions of your software,
but also what your system can do, can save you time and money in the long
run. Studies have shown that once conversion is complete, using an HRMS system
can reduce costs 10 – 20% each year for the life of the system and upgrades.
