 Executive Account Owner

We want to identify top sales producers calling on organizations from 250 to 10,000 employees. As an Executive Account Owner with HRTS, this individual will have the opportunity to deliver HRMS solutions through an ASP environment to potential clients without limits to industry or markets. In this role, the candidate will be developing sales leads using cold calling, account research and relationship development, managing prospects and assigned accounts within the market. Individual will determine the influential buyers and their purchasing criteria for assigned accounts, selling HRMS and payroll outsourcing services, time clocks and other products and services. Requirements for the position are a Bachelor’s degree in addition to 3 or more years sales experience with at least one year selling software or payroll services. Compensation depends on ability to achieve success. HRTS offers a base salary plus commission, car allowance, cell phone, as well as attractive benefits and services. This role is the first step in building the territory and has substantial upward career potential. We will offer an ownership plan to the right sales professional.

 Client Support Partner

Provide client support on HRMS and payroll software as well as researching and developing solutions in conjunction with our Implementation and Development teams. Candidate should possess a strong client service background, payroll and HR experience. Crystal Reports experience is preferred. High quality, accurate customer service is of utmost importance. Position requires high degree of competency, professionalism and self-direction.

 Programmer

Primary responsibilities include assisting in implementing customizations for our clients, client database standardizations, and software development. College degree in Computer Science, MIS, or comparable, or equivalent relevant experience. Also require experience with Visual Basic, ASP, VB Script, SQL Server 2000 including stored procedure creation and execution; Visual Source Safe 6.0 and Microsoft Office software. Optional skills: .NET C# Development, Crystal Reports; COM and COM+ experience; Web design, development, and implementation.
