Steve Janecko, Founder.  HR Technology Solutions was founded with his wife, Peg, as a response to the needs and requests of developers, clients and partners, such as MRA--The Management Association, Inc. Our mission is to provide local, cost-effective and superior services to small and mid-sized businesses.  Steve has extensive background in payroll, HR, benefits and Business Process Outsourcing with national companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb and Johnson & Johnson, regional concerns such as Virchow Krause, Aurora Integrated Health Systems and others for over 30 years.  He has also successfully owned and managed businesses in the payroll, health care and food service industries.

Peg Janecko, Sales and Marketing.  Peg founded HR Technology Solutions with her husband, Steve, and is responsible for the Business Process Outsourcing development with partners such as MRA--The Management Association, Inc., Keylink Solutions, and Visual Claims.  Prior to her involvement with HR Technology Solutions, Peg was responsible for Business Process Outsourcing with companies such as Johnson & Johnson and the Aurora Integrated Health Systems.

Dave Campbell, Sales Manager.  Dave joined HRTS in June 2006. He has over two decades of professional sales experience. The last eleven years with ADP in sales and sales management providing outsourced solutions for payroll, human resources and time and labor management. Dave is responsible for new business development as well as establishing sales teams in Illinois and Wisconsin.
